Delivery Terms & conditions

All parcels are dispatched with in time scale that is wrote in the description of each item listed 
We ship with Royal Mail tracked 48 this does not include weekends 

when your order is dispatched you will receive email with your tracking number 

Please note we don't except returns or exchanges on our personalised clothing please ensure you add any customisation at the check out under notes and instructions in the order summary. 

Loss & Damages 
If your parcel arrives damaged you must notify me straight away within 24hrs of the item being delivered with clear pictures of the damage in order for us to sort it out for you. 

All my parcels are sent tracked and signed for if you believe your parcel has been delivered and you haven't received it please get in touch so I can investigate the matter further.
